Menu hidden behind hero image

My Website’s submenu is hidden behind big hero image. Ihave used the codes provided from several threads/posts but not going well for me. Kindly advise. Thanks!

Code is disappearing

Hi. My code is disappearing on SiteOrigin Editor Widgets for some reason. You see them in the text section. When you go to the Visual Section they disappear. Doesn’t happened all the time. No sure why.
