I am trying to figure out how to hide the meta property for article:modified_time and og:updated_time Is it possible to do this?

I am looking for a way for a post’s “by” line to include multiple authors. I have tried a couple of plugins, including Co-Authors Plus, but none have worked. Any suggestions?
