Blank page until I hit refresh
I am running some third-party widgets on a page, but the page loads as a blank page until you hit refresh. I've read that it could be a cache issue, but I have no idea how to resolve it.

Excessive empty space below menu on mobile
I have an enormous amount of scrollable space below the navigation menu when viewing on mobile. I will include a link to a screenshot in the problem url.
