Widget editing box is blank

Hi I have been attempting to update my site in page builder but when I try to edit any of the widgets the editing box is blank. I get the name of the widget at the top and ‘delete’, ‘duplicate’…

Will this page builder support separated paddings (top bottom left right)?

Currently I see only a universe padding option for any row/column/widget, which add a limitation to this page builder says if you want to increase “padding-bottom”? Ok, you must increase all other paddings as well. Sure we can use custom…
