Page Builder Won’t Install

When I try to install page builder to my wordpress site, it says the file already exists and the upload fails. How do I get rid of the supposedly existing file or fix this?

Hello I use SO pagebuilder to creat sites.I want some limitation in PB that my clients cant add or edit or move rows and widgets just edditing existing things.Is there any solution for this it’s realy useful for me. Thanks
