15 Second Load Due to Pagebuilder Plugin

I'm getting 15 second load time due to the pagebuilder plugin. I LOVE the plugin but need to figure out this slow load issue for this client.

Mouseover using Page Builder

I see where there's a spot for css code in the SiteOrigin Image Widget, and I've tried copying code into that spot. I haven't been able to get a mouseover to work, though.

Custom widget titles

I have managed to create different styles for the content of different widgets but cannot separate the titles so every widget has its title formatted in the same style which I do not want. Many thanks snowgoosebooks.co.uk.
