How to right align menu items

Currently menu items are aligned left with logo. Is there a setting which allows me to align menu items on the right hand side? How do i make menu items more interactive such as drop down? URL: http://sendarrowblog.wpengine.com

Search showing up in the mobile, even if switched off from theme settings
