Sometimes it begins bugging out with the arrows scrolling up and other weird behavior. It used to work and I haven't tried disabling plugins yet.

Hi, I just upgraded to 2.4.2 and I can’t find the link to upload a theme background image. In version 2.4.2, it was Appearance>>Background. Now I can’t find it anywhere. :-( URL: http://photosbysalz.com/new/
