If I create a page on my offline wordpress site can I upload it to my Vantage Premium website and use it as my Home Page? If I can How do I do it? Cheers Woody

How do I make one-colour background (or with a photo) with some texts and buttons on it. It is almost on every modern website including siteorigin.
