Background image on mobile device not showing correctly

I have a weird issue where the background image is showing incorrectly on certain pages on a mobile device like a iPhone. On sub pages the background image is displayed but it's wrapped funny.

Edit Menu Colors

I followed these directions: To adjust the menu colors, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Menu. The select color button seems to be missing.

Navigation menu container over-extends

Hey, I'm having a slight problem with the navigation menu container after the first break point is reached for tablet view. It seems as if the navigation menu container extends past the body container.
