When I choose the featured image for page/article, it only show the logo img. Why?

Hi, I would to hide completely menu in php on mobiles. So I wrote this, but it doesn’t work

Ok, I deleted inc/seo.php and also include get_template_directory() form functions.php….But still have problems with nav menu in other pages, where breadcumb is visible. What to do?
