However whenever I view the site on a mobile device the image doesn't resize and left with either a white patch or a very zoomed in shot. Is there anyway to make the background image resize with the width on the device.

It seems that when I use Pagebuilder to build a page or post that it blocks my social share buttons and takes them out all together. I have no issues when not using the Pagebuilder plugin.
