How do I add a photo in Page Builder for Vantage Theme

I can't figure out how to get the picture in page builder. Is there a way to get all the pages to show up on the home page.

Fonts smaller in mobile devices

We set some font in visual editor to 24pt which looks really nice on computer screens but in mobile devices looks ridiculous and cut up. Is there a way to have the font smaller for mobile devices only.
