SiteOrigin Page Builder download button points to the wrong place

Hi Greg / guys Sorry I’m posting this here but there is no other way to contact you. The first (green) Download button on the main banner of the https://siteorigin.com/page-builder page takes the reader to Site Origin CSS 1.0.1 instead of Page Builder v 2.1.2. No heading/paragraph toolbar on Visual Editor

When I go to Visual Editor there is only the top toolbar with bold, italic buttons etc. No second toolbar underneath with paragraph, fonts buttons etc.

I’d like to make the parent page non-clickable in the menu so that when you hover over it the sub page drop down appears. I believe there was a custom css script developed for this but I can’t find it in my search.
