Visual/Text not working

If I am now on Visual, I cannot change to Text, if I am on Text I cannot change to Visual at all. Why is this happening, I can't use my Site Origin if this doesn't start working.

When you click update and switch to editor everything vanishes. Do you have any online tutorials on how to use this program.
