WooCommerce Layout Displaying Incorrectly in theme

Etc are not loading correctly, I'm not sure if it's something i've done with custom css. Does anyone know how to get the layout to load correctly.

Footer size additional problem

The home page has the metaslider so it doesn't need the extra height on the content conteiner. Is there anyway to exclude the home page from the minimum height of the content conteiner fix.
