Page Metaslider Turned on with Lightbox effect

Hi team,

I am trying to get the images on Metaslider displayed with Lightbox effect. But I couldn’t seem to get it to work. I have installed the Simple Lightbox Plugin and it still doesn’t work. I couldn’t even just turn the clickable off! Can you help me with it? The slider I am talking about is on the page when you click on the logo icon.

    Hey Andrew,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I tried Simple Lightbox as well as the WP2 and Lightbox 2 + Colorbox. None of them seem to work. I couldn’t even find the checkbox on the Advanced Setting panel that Metaslider was talking about on their site:

    “With the plugin activated you’ll see a new checkbox within the ‘Advanced Settings’ panel – ‘Open in lightbox?’ – and when enabled the slides will open up in a lightbox if the user clicks on them. The lightbox settings are controlled via Simple Lightbox so it will keep things consistent across your site.”

    Not sure where went wrong. I have managed to take off the image link to the slider so people can’t click on it. That’s good for now. I don’t wanna take too much of your time. I will check back again if this problem happens again on other sites that I am creating.

    Sorry to hear this hasn’t come right. I unfortunately haven’t spent any time looking at Meta Slider’s addon. Perhaps try their support team, hopefully they’ll be able to help out:
