Page Meta Slider not appearing on page marked as Posts Page

I am using Vantage 1.5 with WordPress 4.5.3 and I am using Page Meta Slider which I can turn on/off from the Page edit. I have one page assigned as the site’s Posts Page, with this set under settings, reading. This page’s Meta Slider does not appear, even though it is selected. If I turn off the Posts Page assignment for the page, the Meta Slider can be seen. If I turn it on again, the Meta Slider disappears again. How can I get the Meta Slider to appear on the assigned Posts Page as well?
