Page load/page reload “jump” bug
When my page loads/reloads or I click on any page in the menu this thing happens where a wide white line appears for a split second.
Although when I enter my website on my phone the white line is there all the time.
I think this gives the website an unprofessional look.
Why is this happening and what can I do to remove it?

5Hi Thomas,
Unfortunately, there’s no real reliable way to avoid this as this is happening due to the CSS modifying your header being external – external CSS will, due to how browsers work, display after internal CSS. Your best bet to reduce this would be to install a minify plugin to reduce that overall request count on your website which will, hopefully, allow for your external stylesheets to load faster overall and reduce the chance of this occurring.
I personally recommend Autoptimize.
How do I fix the smaller screen issue then?
This white line also appear constantly when you make your browser window smaller.
Hi Thomas,
I can’t seem to see the white line you’re referring too, but I suspect you might be referring to the masthead background repeating tiling. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme DesignPage and set the Masthead Background Image Layout to Cover.
Thank you! This helped me find a solution that worked!:)
