“Page Does Not Exist” After Updating Page

Hi guys

Sorry if this is a really simple issue but I use SiteOrigin on a lot of pages and its great and i’ve not had an issue until recently. For the last month or so if i update any information on my About Us page (using SiteOrigin Features), it goes to “Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist”. And looking at the front end it is there, without the changes

I have tried resaving the permalinks and thats not made any difference.

I have also updated to WordPress 4.6 today and it is still happening, and SiteOrigin is updated as well.

Please help if you can – I am so confused and cannot find anything about it anywhere online.

Thanks so much!

Chris

    Hi Chris

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Have you made any progress in resolving? Would it help to change the page slug to something else, even temporarily, just to see if there is a conflict?

Hi Andrew, thanks for getting back to me, I have done that, and even duplicated the pages and changed it to somehting totally different and it is still happening for some reason. It is very odd as it is only on this page. Is there anything else you can think i might need to try? Any help would be so useful as I have done everything I can think of and have researched online and still no joy :(

    Hi Chris

When we don’t know we usually start by stripping everything away. Have you disabled all plugins except for Page Builder and at the same time switched to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen? From that position, try creating a new page, does the same Page Builder issue happen? That’ll be a good indicator of what’s happening.
