My page content is not showing up on my live site. I can see it when I’m logged into my WordPress account, but when I log out, I can’t see any of the content that is formatted using the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin. I can only see my header, main menu and footer area; the rest is blank.
I have deactivated and deleted the plugin and cleared my cache, but it’s still not showing up.
The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by reverting to the regular text editor, but then all of my content looks like crap :/ For now, I guess that’s better than a blank page with no info on it!
Is there anything I can do to fix this or is this a bug in a recent update? It looks like I’m not the only one having this issue lately.
Hi Tara,
Preface: This isn’t a widespread issue. The other issues you’re seeing are related ot the SiteOrigin editor widget – specifically the TinyMCE toolbar and character set.
To clarify, did you run a full plugin conflict test? If not, Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
