The page https://www.encharter.com/covid-19-resources-for-massachusetts-businesses/ does not show the same content as is currently stored in the editor. Disabling the plugin Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.11.8 results in the updated content being displayed on the page, but other aspects of the site break. Would be happy to purchase a premium license to get this resolved.
I do note in the Site Health Compatibility check the Site Builder plugin may not work above PHP 7.2 and the site is 7.4. However backing the site down to 7.2 results in a critical error. Is there an issue running PHP 7.4 with Site Builder?
Please advise how to proceed.
Hi, thanks for reaching out.
There is no issue using Page Builder by SiteOrigin with PHP 7.4. Page Builder is tested up to PHP 8 and down to PHP 5.6.20.
If possible, please, take a screenshot of the page while editing, a screenshot of the block and widget open, upload to imgur.com or your media library or any cloud site, and send us the link. We’ll take a look and advise from there.
Perhaps you have helped identify the cause. I see the customer has updated the page in the visual editor. The changes made only appear in visual editor, not the Page Builder or test mode. Is there a way to transfer the visual mode changes into Page Builer?
Thanks for the update. Page Builder structure and content must be managed from within the Page Builder interface. Ideally, any edits made via the TinyMCE editor tab would be removed and those changes applied via the Page Builder interface.
