Hi, all of a sudden the page builder is not working on the home page but is working on all the other pages. Also when I am logged into the WP dashboard, then my home page displays correctly in the browser that I am logged in with but not on other browsers.
This is driving me crazy. Why will it work when it go to my url and I’m logged into WP but won’t work when I’m logged out? I assume that means no one is seeing the correct page layout since no one else visiting my page is logged in.

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? Also, are you running a cache plugin? That would explain why the page looks differently when logged out vs logged in. If you are, try clearing it.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
