    Hi Chad

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    Thank you for your response. Somehow, when I was viewing from my iPad, it wasn't showing but when I viewed it from my Mac, it appeared.

    Mmm that’s strange. If you’d like to work in Page Builder from your iPad, perhaps try clearing your iPad’s browser cache.

    If you’re happy to use Page Builder from your Mac then we’re all good. Let me know :)

    I'm all good. Once it loaded on my Mac, it mysteriously appeared on my iPad. Thank you Andrew!
