Page Builder Won’t Load

Hi, the page builder currently doesn’t load when I go to edit pages, it remains as a tiny box under the text editor. I have tried deactivating all other plugins with no success, as well as re-saving the permalinks settings and creating new pages, there are also no other pending updates.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi James

This is a JavaScript issue. Something is preventing Page Builder’s JavaScript from properly loading, causing the tab to drop under the editor. In almost all cases this is due to a plugin plugin conflict. I know you’ve run through this but one more time, please, try:

    1. Dashboard > Updates: If there are any core WordPress or plugin updates, run them, all of them.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all of your plugins not made by SiteOrigin, do so in one go.
    3. Re-test.
    4. If the issue persists, switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and re-test.

Let me know how that goes :)
