Page Builder Won’t Load

Hi, the page builder currently doesn’t load when I go to edit pages, it remains as a tiny box under the text editor. I have tried deactivating all other plugins with no success, as well as re-saving the permalinks settings and creating new pages, there are also no other pending updates. James
