    Hi Steven,

This issue is a typical WordPress issue that happens when a plugin has failed to install. You’ll need to delete the plugin directory (wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels) over FTP to be able to continue the installation. Sorry mate, this issue is really annoying and it’s not something we personally can fix.

I found the folder (wppcontent/plugins/siteorigin-panels) over FTP, but I don't know how to delete it. there is no delete button. If I right click,
there is no option to delete it. I also can't seem to rename the folder. It seems the only thing I can do is open it. How can I remove it?

    Hi Steven,

Could you please upload the image to a third party image hoster (like imgur) and send me a link to it? Our forum cannot process image attachments.

I suspect this is covered in the image, but, without knowing what method you’re using to view the file I’m unsure of how to proceed. Could you tell me how (software, app, etc) you’re viewing it with FTP?

I figured it out. I was trying to access it through my browser. When I used the file explorer, I was able to delete it.
