Hi,
i’m using the Responsive Photo Gallery Pro plugin (https://weblizar.com/plugins/responsive-photo-gallery-pro/).
When i use this plugin on a regular site everything works perfect but when i try to use it in the Page Builder it gets broken and look terrible. The plugin works with a shortcode. I try to use the SiteOrgin Editor and some others with the same result. Is there anything i can do or are these plugins simply incompatible?
Thanks
Alex
Hi Alex,
Have you tried disabling the Automatically add paragraphs setting? Typically, if there’s an issue related to shortcodes and SiteOrigin Page Builder, that’s the cause.
If that didn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi Alex
unfortunately that did not work :(
Here you can see two testsites with and without pagebuilder:

http://www.vocalcoach-hannover.de/index.php/test-without-pagebuilder/
I hope this helps.

Hi Devron,
Hm. So, to clarify, does it work if you add it via the widget?
Hi Alex,
the Responsive Photo Gallery Pro has no widget as i know. It only works with shortcodes. I have done it with pagebuilder, siteorgin editor and the shortcode.

Hi Devron,
According to the product page in your initial post, it includes a widget.
Hi,
after some reseach ill have to say, you are right. There seems to be a widget functionality but it is disabled for some reason. So i cant use it. I would be able to raise a ticket at the pluginvendor that they can enable it but the only thing they do is add a widget witch do the same thing than the shortcode.
If you say thats this would be helpful, i will do.

Hi Devron,
Thanks for the link. Just had a quick read over it and it looks like they requested access. Let me know what comes of that and we’ll pick back up if needed.
Best of luck mate.
