Page Builder width issues

I have tried all the steps seen on previous threads such as changing row layout to full width/stretched, I have changed widget padding, and even tweaked the settings via layout section in Page Builder settings. The issue is that I am trying to place an image/slider at the top of my homepage, while the full width option covers the left side of the screen, I am left with large spacing on the right side of the page.
