I just recently downloaded the page builder plugin to use with the Moesia theme from athemes. It recommended installing this plug in to use the custom widgets, so I did that. I now have the page builder editing option on my pages, but when I add widgets and rows they don’t actually show up in the post preview or on the live version of the post page. Is there some setting I need to enable for this plugin to work?

Does this occur for all widgets or is it only happening with non-SiteOrigin Widget Bundle widgets?
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi Alex, thanks for the quick response. It’s happening with all kinds of widgets, including site origin. For example, I could get the facts, block quote and text widgets to work on my page, but the projects and clients widgets aren’t working for some reason. I’ll try disabling all plug ins now, though I just started my website so I only have a few .

We don’t have a Clients or Projects widget at this time. Can you please clarify the full name of these widgets? Please note that all of our widgets contain SiteOrigin in the widget title.

The full name for those widgets:
– Moesia FP: Projects
– Moesia FP: Clients
Moesia is the name of my word press theme, so maybe that’s why it isn’t working?
