Page Builder & Widgets Bundle Conflict with theme Slider (Freesia Empire)

9 years ago · Last reply by Trang Trơ Trẽn 9 years ago

Hi Support Team,

The page builder & widgets bundle conflict has caused the slider in my front page to stop working. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the two plugins together but it didn’t help. Is there any other way to fix this problem? I’m a beginner and these two plugins are so amazing that I don’t think any other replacements would be good enough.

Thank you,

    Hi Trang,

Could you please clarify what the issue you’re experiencing? I compared it to your themes demo and it looks the same.

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for having a look at the issue. The Slider on my front page would show only the first featured page and would not move to the next one, even when you click on the Next button. When I tried applying sliders for all pages, the slider worked fine on other page, so the problem was only with front page slider. If I deactivated either Page Builder or Widgets Bundle, the slider on front page would work normally again. Please let me know if there’s any way to fix this problem.

    Cheers,

    Trang

    Hi Alex,

I’ve just updated to new versions of WordPress, Widgets bundle & Page Builder and the slider is now working again. Thank you for your support.
