So I upgrade page builder and wordpress to 4.0 and now, when I go into my pages, page builder no longer works on those pages? Is Page Builder not compatible with wordpress 4.0?

As long as Page Builder has also been upgrade (to version 1.5.3 specially) then everything should be working as expected. If Page Builder is still showing issues after upgrading to 1.5.3 please de-activate all other plugins, re-check the problem, if it’s resolved then re-activate your plugins one by one to find the conflict. Comprehensive Google Maps and CK Editor are two known conflicts at the moment.
Nevermind. One of my plugins (Comprehensive Google Maps) wasn’t playing nice with Page Builder. I found a previous thread and it helped me solve the issue.
