Page Builder Update Makes Widget Not Appear

9 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 9 years ago

Hello,
I just updated my plugins and now a large portion of my website no longer appears. I am using the Access Parallax Pro theme, which comes with built in widgets that work with Page Builder, which was also bundled with the theme. After the update, anything using the Access Parallax widgets or pre-built sections, no longer appear in a browser. When you inspect the element, the code is still there, but nothing appears on screen. You can view the problem as http://fox50solutions.com. I disabled a bunch of plugins and slowly turned them all back on. When I disabled them all, the correct text appeared. Once I turned the Page Builder plugin back on, the text, once again disappeared. Can you assist me?

Thanks!
Brad

    Hi Brad,

This is something you’re going to have to go to Acess Press about. We aren’t directly affiliated (as in there’s no working partnership) with them and have no control over their widgets so chances are, for whatever reason, they broke in the latest update. I can’t tell you why because I honestly don’t know why they may have broken.

    Sorry. :(
