Hey, I have issues with a top margin I cannot remove. I keep getting this large white margin between the top menu and the start of my page. I am looking for help on how to remove this margin. I am using Genesis Parallax theme (tried contacting them but they referred to you guys). I have also tried to apply the Genesis Dambuster where I tick all the boxes apart from Remove Header, but it doesn’t help removing the top margin. I have also made sure to remove all the padding around the rows and widgets used within the page builder.

This spacing is being applied by your theme. You can verify this by creating a blank empty non-SiteOrigin powered page.
I’d like to help you with removing this spacing, unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums. There is a fair amount of custom work involved.
