Page Builder Tool Problem

Hi, Having recently purchased the themes package i have installed the Page Builder plugin, and activated the Smart Theme. I have no other plugins activated. When clicking on the Page Builder tab to add content, the Tool bar only shows the ‘add widget’ and ‘add rows’ buttons. In the draw down settings menu in the dashboard Page Builder does not appear. How please can i access the complete tool bar menu?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    That doesn’t look like a SiteOrigin order number. We don’t offer any packages, only premium upgrades on certain themes. Perhaps check where you made that purchase.

    To troubleshoot a Page Builder problem like this, try de-activating all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme. If the problem corrects then you know it’s a plugin conflict or your theme. From there you can re-activate items and work out which one it is.
