Page Builder Tool Problem

Hi, Having recently purchased the themes package i have installed the Page Builder plugin, and activated the Smart Theme. I have no other plugins activated. When clicking on the Page Builder tab to add content, the Tool bar only shows the ‘add widget’ and ‘add rows’ buttons. In the draw down settings menu in the…
