Hello,
The page builder tab is fine on new pages, but on existing pages, it shows up at the bottom as a box. This is even after deactivating all plugins. I tried script debugging in wp-config.php, but that didn’t help. When I check for errors, I find the following:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘prototype’ of undefined
i.extend.modelId @ backbone.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1
i.extend.get @ backbone.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1
i.extend.set @ backbone.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1
i.extend.add @ backbone.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1
(anonymous function) @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:1
m.each.m.forEach @ underscore.min.js?ver=1.8.3:5
s.model.row.Backbone.Model.extend.setCells @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:1
s.model.builder.Backbone.Model.extend.addRow @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:1
(anonymous function) @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:1
m.each.m.forEach @ underscore.min.js?ver=1.8.3:5
s.model.builder.Backbone.Model.extend.loadPanelsData @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:1
s.view.builder.Backbone.View.extend.setDataField @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:1
(anonymous function) @ siteorigin-panels.min.js?ver=2.2.2:2
i @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2
j.fireWith @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2
n.extend.ready @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2
K @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2

It seems from this that the problem is with page builder itself. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!
Hector

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Hector

Sorry to hear about the problem.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
