Page Builder tab shows on one computer, but not another.

Hi,

I am using Page Builder on a site produced for a client. I work on a Mac and the plugin works okay. I tried to demonstrate the system to my client who also uses a Mac (but quite an old one) and the Page Builder tab doesn’t display. Could you advise me on what I should check on their Mac to make the Page Builder plugin work, please?

    Hi SGSSDesign,

    That’s really odd. The first thing that comes to mind would be that it’s possibly a browser issue. Maybe get them to try in a browser they don’t use – meaning no extensions, or plugins or anything like that.
