I’ve been using page builder for six months for my website and just recently the page builder tab isn’t displaying on any pages. I read through other support threads and made sure that ‘Pages’ was checked under page builder settings, and I also deactivated all other plugins, but the tab still doesn’t show. I’ve also made sure wordpress, my theme, and all plugins are updated.
Just need some guidance on what to try next.

Hi Caitlin,
Do you happen to use a Theme Trust or a Think Up Theme? Both use forks (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder that have reported faults with the latest version of WordPress. We recommend directly contacting those theme developers if you’re using any of their themes that come bundled with a page builder.
If this isn’t the case please ensure you’re using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, and if you are, Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
