Page Builder tab missing after moving site

After moving my site to a new hosting site the page builder tab is missing in my page editor. There’s a page builder bar across the bottom of the page but doesn’t do anything when clicked on. I deleted the page builder plugin and reactivated but it still looks the same.

Any thoughts on how to get it back?

    Could you show me a screenshot of what you see on your editor screen? Specifically the bar.
