The Page Builder Tab is missing when I want to change an article, a page…
I disabled all (all together and one by one) plugins and cleared Firefox cache and It didn’t work…
My theme is one of yours: Vantage…
Can you please help me ?

Please ensure you have the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. If you do, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the General tab. Please ensure the relavent post type you’re trying to use Page Builder with is enabled.

Oddly, I’m able to access the page builder tab without issue. Please try navigating to WP AdminUsersYour Profile and ensure that the Visual Editor setting is unticked. If it is, could you please link me to the specific problematic page? If it’s all of them for you, try resetting the password for the account you created me to see if you’re able to use that account.

To clarify, yes, it worked fine for me. No issues were present on any of the posts or pages I viewed and I was able to use SiteOrigin Page Builder without issue.
Can you please try editing a page via another browser? Also, can you please send me the contents of your console when the page builder tab doesn’t appear? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

I tried with another browser and It didn’t work too…
When I create a page or an article (with any browser) the Page Builder tab appears and I can work with it. But the probleme apperas when I try to modifiy an article or a page.
I try to send you the contents of the console when I try to change an article but the message is too long and can’t be send…

Hm, I don’t see anything wrong in your browser console.
To clarify, with the other computer you tried, in terms of setup, is it similar to yours? (similar browser extensions, similar software installed, etc) Ideally, a computer that really doesn’t share anything alike.
