Page Builder tab missing

Hi
I’m having the same problem as LJ and Matt
All my previously created pages have lost the tab for Page Builder
I can see a separate Page Builder box at the bottom of the editor.
Unlike LJ, Add New pages also do not show the tab.
I have checked everything is updated, deactivated all other plugins.
I have added no new plugins.
Everything was fine
I use the Tesseract theme.
Strangely my media library is showing empty? It also runs slow? It takes ages to try and load and then nothing?
In Edit Page when I go from Text to Visual tab it takes ages too?
But the page is viewing fine with all widgets and images there??
