Page Builder suddenly quit working
We woke up to page builder suddenly not working. Deleted the plugin and when we try to reinstall it, it tells us install failed, destination folder already exists. I’ve read a few other forums but can’t seem to find where to access the file manager. GoDaddy says we need to access SFTP, but I’m not web-savvy to do that. If I provide a temporary login, can someone go in and delete the files?
Also, any explanation why the plugin would suddenly stop working? Frustrating when it brings our entire website down for a day, completely randomly.

1Hi Hannah,
Due to security reasons, this isn’t something we’re able to assist you with. I would recommend asking GoDaddy for instructions on how to FTP into your website. Once connected, please navigate to your WordPress directory and then wp-content/plugins and delete siteorigin-panels. You’ll now be able to install the plugin without issue.
Unfortunately, we’re not too sure what went wrong to bring your website down. There haven’t been any issues as a serious as this in a very long time so we suspect it may have been a site specific issue. To clarify, how did you Page Builder was having issues.
