Page Builder suddenly gone

I have tried to edit a page on my site with Page Builder, but Page Builder is GONE and does not show up. Not only with the page I created last week, also with the page I just created now. So I spent the last hour to deactivate all plugins and reactivating one after the other. Still: No change.

Did you change anything with my beloved Page Builder?
What can I do to get it back?

Any help is widely appreciated!
