I just updated WordPress and then SiteOrigin’s plugins and the Page Builder editor is not working and it’s below regular editor.

I tried clearing caché, deactivating plugins, etc, and nothing work.

Take a look:

I highlighted the text so you can see there is a page built.

Please help! :(

I found out, that the issue is not the plugin itself, it’s the theme: SiteOrigin Corp, when activated it breaks the plugin/wordpress.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Gabriel,

That’s odd. We’re not aware of any issues between our widgets and our theme, SiteOrigin Corp. Does this issue persist when you disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins? I ask because the theme and these plugins are designed with compatibility with each other in mind so it’s very likely something else is causing issues with Corp which is in turn, causing issues with SiteOrigin Page Builder.

The problem persist even if I disable everything but Page Builder.

Look, this is by disabling everything but Page Builder and switching to SiteOrigin Unwind, the builder works again:

However if I change back to SiteOrigin Corp is breaks again, and appears below WordPress’ Editor, not working at all.

    Hi Gabriel,

Unfortunately, as we can’t replicate this issue, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at the resulting issue on your website?

Made, you should have gotten the password to that email. Please be careful, thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Gabriel,

Thanks. Would it be possible for us to create a backup of your website for local testing? Specifically, so we can adjust code without it affecting your main website if someone goes wrong during testing.

Yes, go ahead, need me to install a backup plugin or something?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Gabriel,

    Sorry for the delay.

I was able to backup your website without issue. This issue appears to be server specific as I’m unable to replicate this issue on another website. This suggests either your hosting provider has made recent changes to their server configuration that’s causing you issues or that there’s something specific about their WordPress installs that’s not standard – for example, a modified WordPress library file.

I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance. Sorry mate. :(
