Page Builder stopped working

Hi support team,

It looks like Page Builder has stopped working for me, and I hope you can help.

Based on other threads, I deactivated and re-activated the plugin, but that didn’t work. Everything was was fine yesterday, and I haven’t made any updates since then.

    Hi Stefanie

    Thanks for reaching out. Please, try a plugin conflict test again. The key to the test is not deactivating and reactivating plugins but rather seeing if you can find a working baseline with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated. If you can’t, the test has failed. Please, see below, thanks :)

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Thank you, Andrew, this was very helpful and I found the problem. The latest update from the Give plugin caused the issue, and I reached out to them to help. Thanks again.
