Page Builder Stopped Working.

Hi there, We are running page builder on a website and it stopped working sometime in the last few months. All plugins are updates and we do not wish to deactivate plugins at this time. What should be my next step?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bbowman,

Could you please elaborate on how it’s not working? This will give me a better idea of what may be causing the issue.

To clarify, you might have to disable plugins to try and find a solution to this – it might be unavoidable. :(

We have already tried deactivating plugins.

Page builder is not showing up on any of the back end of the pages. Also full width is not working. There are two errors showing a both 404s. the Site is adeptplus.com you can see the errors by using inspect.

Page Builder Settings no options appear its all blank.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Bbowman,

Thank you for elaborating. Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bbowman,

It doesn’t seem as though any plugins are able to load any assets.

While the browser is reporting them as a 404 (not found), the files are definitely present (as they’re visible in the WordPress editor). Could you please check the permissions of the files to ensure they’re readable? To do this you’ll need to use FTP or SSH to chmod the relevant files. Ideally, directories should be 75 while files should be 644. If you’re unfamiliar with how to do this I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for help with this issue.

Yes we just checked, all the directories are 75 and files are 644.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bbowman,

Okay. Hm. How about wp-content then? WordFence is reporting it’s unable to write logs (which is /wp-content/wflogs/) so quite possible there’s a permission issue somewhere in the chain.

If that doesn’t help, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they have any ideas as at this point, I’m not too sure what could be causing this to happen.
