Page Builder stopped working after upgrading to the latest version, 2.0.3, and running WordPress 4.1. I tried editing pages in both Chrome and Explorer. I no longer get the option to edit pages with Page Builder, only Text and Visual.

Sounds like something is preventing the Javascript for the plugin loading. Please try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.
Patrik, I don’t suppose you’re running the WordPress SEO Plugin by Team Yoast are you??
I’ve noticed that said plugin seems to be causing a similar issue with my set up and pagebuilder

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback. Any chance you’d be willing to test for a three way conflict? I’m testing right now on a production site and can’t replicate the problem. Testing for a three way conflict would involve testing with just Page Builder and WP SEO, if the problem isn’t there then you’d activate plugins one by one.
Alternatively, perhaps you could send through a list of your plugins and I’ll setup things here locally.
I found another plug-in causing the issue: Opening Hours by Jannik Portz. I’ll contact him as well.
