    Hi Gus

    Thanks for reaching out.

Try temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins, in that state, does the issue resolve?

    Hi Gus

Please, try temporarily switching to default theme like Twenty Nineteen and deactivating all plugins other than Page Builder. Please, deactivate Jetpack as part of the test. Are you able to find a working baseline in this state?

    Now worked!!
I install 19teen and I did inactive everything else… except Page bulider which worked with the default 19 theme

Then I did active one by one the theme Flash (Themegrill) and other elements and Page Builder connected eventuly

    Thanks, you guys

Thanks for the update, I’m really glad to hear you’re making progress.

The result is unusual. Usually, we test from the working baseline, adding elements back until the issue re-occurs, thereby finding the source of the conflict. Usually the theme or a plugin. Glad to hear all is normal now though.

If SiteOrigin questions arise in the future, please, let us know.

    All the best :)
