Page builder was running smoothly until today. But when I needed to use it for some edits today, I saw that the tab on the edit screen disappeared. I’m not reach the content for editing. The page builder is installed and seems to active but the tab on the edit screen is missing and I can not edit anything about the page. This is a very big problem for me. Today a few people using SO PB seem to have begun to experience the same problem.
I am urgently requesting help with the solution.
Methods I tried but did not work:
To increase the amount of WP memory.
Deactivate and reactivate the plug-in.

To clarify, are you running the latest version of WordPress and SiteOrgin Page Builder? For reference, the latest version of SiteOrgin page Builder is 2.6.0.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
